In case you hadn't guessed by my submission today, I'm old enough to remember this song. I haven't had a single though of this song in 45 years! Although maybe I should have, as it was a very nice tune

Callmelennie- The Hollies were one of those bands who quietly had a whole bunch of great songs, but no one could remember the name of the band. Glass Moon, a band from North Carolina, did a faithful version of this song in the 80s, a song I remember spinning back in my college radio days. BTW, can you believe this is the first time On A Carousel has been parodied on the site?
Dave W.- I thought about sending the farmer there, especially since 'dell' rhymes with 'very warm place no one wishes to visit', but I barely knew the farmer so I didn't feel quite right judging him harshly. Thanks for the comments.
