Parody Song Title:

"What Am I Saying"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

reworked a very old parody to fit the tune better... this is my only song fusing the parody and misheard lyric concepts of amiright - even though i didn't actually use any of the site's several misheard lyrics for this song (just made up my own)
Oh me oh my, what am I saying?
Nobody knows, Aye-yi-yi-yi i said
Oh me oh my, what am I saying
Nobody knows

Took a class to help my speech
Gave up quick, could not be reached
Nobody knew what I did say
Talked and sang a lot anyway

Oh me oh my, what am I saying
Nobody knows Aye-yi-yi-yi I said
O me oh my, what am I saying
Me got ten toes

Friend who works in record store
Said, "unclear songs sell more
You don't sound clear, I'll admit
Your songs could sell quite a bit"

Oh me oh my, what am I saying?
me oughtta know aye-yi-yi-yi i said
Oh me oh my what am I saying
Nobody knows

Ok let's grill a tuna right now

At parties my, songs are real hot
Since I sound like, I'm drunk off scotch
People drunk off beer or wine
Can sing along with me just fine

Oh me oh my what am I saying?
Be not a mole ay-yi-yi-yi I said
Oh me oh my what am I saying?
Me do not know

5/5/5! What made this song funny was that nobody understood Louie, Louie, anyway. Some people thought it was DIRTY, but I looked up the lyrics and there was nothing bad in it.

Funny and clever idea, sorta the Grandfather to "Smells Like Nirvana", eh. If you read the book about the song, "Louie, Louie" you learn that the microphone at the recording session was like 10 feet off the ground, the singer had to shout to make himself heard. No wonder it's so bad and muffled sounding.:) 555
