"(The Republicans) Daydream of (Anthony) Weiner"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Was it stupid? Yes. Was it reckless? Of course. Does he deserve an NCIS-style "Gibbs slap"? You bet. Was it criminal? No. Does this potential next Mayor of New York have the moral high ground over the last 2 Mayors, Rudy Giuliani and Mike Bloomberg? And over the Republicans whose Medicare plan he's been relentlessly exposing? You bet your... I'd better not finish that sentence.
(instrumental opening)

Oh, I could talk about the scare
we've got over Medicare
and how they're busting unions everywhere.

But they talk about the rise
in the pants of Brooklyn guy.
And they're the ones, these photos, they do share.

Cheer up, GOP.
Oh, what can it mean
when you
daydream of Weiner
to distract from you fiends?

You cannot escape
from redefine done of rape.
Votes from women? You'll be in bad shape.

And you asked, "Hey, where are the jobs?"
but offered no bills to lob
no creation of those, you right-wing slobs.

Cheer up, GOP.
Oh, what can it mean
when you
daydream of Weiner
to distract from you fiends?

Cheer up, GOP.
Oh, what can it mean
when you
daydream of Weiner
to distract from you fiends?

(instrumental break)

Cheer up, GOP.
Oh, what can it mean
when you
daydream of Weiner
to distract from you fiends?

Cheer up, GOP.
Oh, what can it mean
when you
daydream of Weiner
to distract from you fiends?

(repeat until fade)
Congressman Weiner has also been demanding that a certain Supreme Court Justice recuse himself from a potentially upcoming case due to a conflict of interest. Which Justice is it? You mean, you don't know? Gee, I wonder why the "liberal media" hasn't been reporting on this...

The media love this story because they think it excuses them from covering important stories. The Federal Reserve has created enough phony money to turn this country into Zimbabwe over night. The government has made promises of trillions of dollars that it expects someone else to deliver. If you don't have time to read all of "Atlas Shrugged", may I suggest you look at Francisco d'Anconia's money speech. Rand has her flaws, but she got that right. I'm certainly no fan of socialism and communism, but if you go back to the WWI era and see what the socialists had to say about war, they were right-on accurate, and the world would have been spared much grief had their warnings been heeded.

Ayn Rand? Talk about a sex fiend. SHE was the "parasite" in America.

Apparently, MP doesn't watch much news, liberal or conservative. Democrats are lining up calling for Penisboys resignation. Nobody's backing this guy.

Rand f*cked up her life, literally. But her teaching on money and its relationship to production is spot-on accurate. Socialists in the early 20th century knew that the working classes of all nations had more in common with each other than they did with the parasitic elites who sent them to make war on their fellow workers. They made the mistake of looking to government, the same institution that conducted those wars, to resolve the very real problems that existed. It was capitalists and workers who would pave the streets, install electricity and sewers, build decent housing and make cars available to the masses. The only thing politicians could do, then, and now, was to line their pockets and take credit for the work of other, better men. As for the other subject of this dialog, I may be a prude, but I believe the world was better off when people had enough respect for themselves and their partners to keep sex behind closed doors, and private parts "private".

No comment on parody, but personally, like the conservative one that resulted in a resignation earlier this year--Chris Lee--I don't care about stuff like this. . .I care that he lied about it, sure, but my gosh, both parties FIX the budget before we default. . .that's all I care about, stuff line Weinergate is just. . .ugh, its just silly. . .silly

Don't read my sh!t! I was only kidding!! Can't believe anyone took this dreck seriously.

The problem with socialism is what to do after you've run out of other peoples money.

Really! As a thinker I was a joke and as a writer I sucked big time.

Michael - Good to see you alive and kicking. Perhaps there would have been more media coverage of Weiner if the resources of the media weren't following Sarah Palin papparazzi-style, desperate for gaffs to magnify and looking for personal garbage in her e-mails. Nonetheless, your writing skills are undiminished (offering you my flask of bourbon). ;D
Michael Pacholek - June 11, 2011 - Report this comment
As long as it's Virginia bourbon, not Kentucky. Virginia, at least in the last Presidential election, was a Blue State. And Margaret, if there's one thing America will NEVER run out of, it's other people's money. Forget economics, stick to something you know something about, like Sarah Palin's mental fitness.
M. Thatcher - June 12, 2011 - Report this comment
" ...if there's one thing America will NEVER run out of, it's other people's money." This is the ramblings a moronic buffoon of unequaled ignorance. If America confiscated the wealth of the top 10 percent, said wealth would run the economy for 8 months. Then what? Make the 47 percent of Americans who pay no income taxes and are net tax recievers chip in? Besides, by the time Obama is done bankrupting the country, the dollar will be worth jack squat. Stick to penning love parodies to C. Z. Jones-Douglas and leave economics to the grown-ups, short bus.

Michael - Virginia produces bourbon (or any other kind of spirits)?? Wow! Who knew! Margaret - Are you Becky Thatcher's sister? Her no-good boyfriend Tom Sawyer ripped me off about doing his fence! ;D
Patrick - June 13, 2011 - Report this comment
"Never run out of other people's money". Even if it were true, would it be right? It is "possible" to live in nature by simply plucking fruit off of trees or digging roots out of the ground. How many people did the world support when that was the only way they knew to feed themselves? The Chinese call themselves communists but they are fully cognizant of the laws of economics. Our so-called "capitalist" occupiers believe they can continue to have the fruits of production by punishing the producers and that people will work for nothing so that others can have without working. How long will China continue to fund the United States to fight wars that China opposes, and will they give us the money to pay for the medical needs of half of Mexico, who will become "entitled" under the current scheme?

It's no use trying to reason with fools like MP here, Patrick. When a Dim Rat gets busted for anything that would be a huge scandal if a Republican did it, MP rushes to the leftard's defense because his mouth is permanently sewn to the anal opening of the Communist Party's collective rectum.
