Some "NCIS" fans (nearly all of them women) want Special Agents Anthony DiNozzo and Ziva David to be a couple. They already call Tony and Ziva "Tiva." They forget that Ziva wants nothing to do with Tony outside of work, and that team leader Leroy Jethro Gibbs has Rule Number 12: Never date a co-worker. They also forget that, in the season that recently concluded, DiNozzo broke Rule Number 12... with a different co-worker. And it didn't work out well. Never violate the Gibbs Rules. Doesn't stop Tony from making sexist remarks about Ziva, or playing practical jokes on her... but she usually gets him back.
