Hi! I once saw a fellow trying to dry a banana peel in a microwave so he could smoke it. Years ago a boy was shot while trying to break into a farm supply store to steal ammonia to sniff. Marker pens. Toads for the licking. I became a libertarian the day I was told I couldn't by model airplane cement because some fool teenagers were sniffing it. It said on the tube not to inhale. I could read. I guess they couldn't. Your parody is a good take on what I refer to as the "doper mentality".
