Parody Song Title:

"Buck Naked Streaker"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Oh I could run down the street
Smile at everyone I meet
Until a car door knocks me off my feet
And my ears ring as I rise
My head throbs like double size
But-I pop up and never miss a beat!

( -- Instrumental riff accompanied by vigorous 'air-pudd' strokes -- )

Threw out my blue jeans!
Got to make the scene
As a-- buck na-ked streaker
Fast as-- you've ever seen!

I love crashing a big play
Current hit or off Broadway
Intermission, drinks and repartee
A lady turns, and casts a glance
As I'm taking down my pants
What fun it is to see their drinks go spray!

Up for my routine!
Got that flashin' gene!
I'm a--buck na-ked streaker
Cheekin'-- a style so mean!

Look out squeaky clean!
Through crowds I careen!
I'm a buck na-ked streaker
Sportin'-- my birthday sheen!

-- Instrumental break --

Freak school-- I'm the dean!
Nothing to dry clean
I'm a-- buck na-ked streaker
Bad as-- you've ever seen!

Playing haunts serene
Love that haute cuisine!
I'm a-- buck na-ked streaker
Watch me-- pack fava beans!!

This is even funnier imagining Anne Murray singing it, with her wholesome image and all...

Arwen: Thanks! And just keep picturing Davey! Thanks also, Cookie-man, Leo, Johnny, and Royce! I figured it was time to lighten up after my Star Spangled Banner thing! (Leo, good chuckle on the Anne Murray image!)

You are right, Rod, this is not as heavy as your SSB parody, but very clever and well rhymed.

I can't believe I missed this one. I was envisioning you running down Virginia street. My favorite line was "Through crowds I careen!" I love the word careen!
