The Lyrics

Back again for another parody. This parody however has a serious message behind it so I would love some comments and feedback. This song, 'My Segregation' was inspired by the Zimmers rendition of the song and this song is about how the world is still segregated by race and sexual preferences and the races appearing to be displeased by the actions singing about how are they segregated, hence, "My Segregation". Well, I hope you enjoy the song and take in the message of what I am trying to emit. Enjoy!
(Indian person)
People try to put me down (Talkin' bout my segregation)
Just because I'm a little brown (Talkin' bout my segregation)
(African person)
Things they do look awfully cold (Talkin' bout my segregation)
Quell the type of my teeth being gold (Talkin' bout my segregation)

(All)
This is my segregation
This is my segregation, baby

(Asian person)
Why don't you all call me names (Talkin' bout my segregation)
Cause this world is not awfully tame (Talkin' bout my segregation)
(Latino person)
Aren't we all living in a nation (Talkin' bout my segregation)
We are still living in segregration (Talkin' bout my segregation)

(All)
This is my segregation
This is my segregation, baby

(Two gay men)
Why don't you all stay away (Talkin' bout my segregation)
If you hate us just being gay (Talkin' bout my segregation)
(Two lesbian women)
Every time we start a sensation (Talkin' bout my segregation)
Just because we have relations (Talkin' bout my segregation)

(All)
This is my segregation
This is my segregation, baby

(All)
Come on world, let's all calm down (Talkin' bout my segregation)
Making fun of us doesn't make you clowns (Talkin' bout my segregation)
We're taking steps, we're awfully bold (Talkin' bout my segregation)
This segregation's getting old (Talkin' bout my segregation)

(All)
This is my segregation
This is my segregation, baby

Hey Norm! (oblque Cheers reference). I give 555 to parodies that aren't necessarily funny but do have something relevant or thought-provoking. So here ya go. (Jonathan S., you are asking for a heap of trouble...I'm not going to waste my time on you, because other people will assuredly do it for me. )

I sang. I'm for all cultures because we are all people. I am not hot on the gay idea myself, but that doesn't mean it's wrong for everyone.

What Aggy said. And to that effect, I'm going to pass on Jon S as well - it's entertaining to watch someone digging a deep hole ask for a bigger shovel rather than a ladder.

Not bad. Jonathan S., if the African or Indian you wanted to stick up for was a "homo", would that put you in some kind of moral dilemma? Hah hah.

Hate is wrong period. . .I don't care who you are. . .hate is wrong, Norman, I APPLAUD YOUR EFFORTS. . .STICK UP FOR EVERYONE AND WHEN YOU NEED IT THEY WILL STICK UP FOR YOU! Sorry, some people on here are talking about this parody like it's good that he sticks up for some's rights, but that he shouldn't stick up for everyone's, I think it was great, and will always feel that way when it comes to religious beliefs dictating what people are allowed to feel compassion towards, all religions teach love. . .love thy neighbor, let God be the judge, and live and let live. . .

@Jon S: Well, I am not going to argue but to each his own. I can't change your perception and your ideas and ideals so I am going to leave it at that. @Agrimorfee: Hey everybody, Agrim, get me a beer cause it's a dog eat dog world and dog drinks beer =D Thanks for the 555 and for the positive comment. @Ann Hammond & Red Ant: Oooh, well, thanks for your comment. I really value it. Although I am not on good terms with the homosexual community, I support for their rights because they are only humans and they can't stop what "God" or to others, the Big Whoop-de-freaking-doo, made them and intend to be. @Moe the Ho: lol, well, a dilemma is a troublesome thing, ain't it? @ Below Average Dave: *applause* I really appreciate your comments and your insight on this song. I have stuck up for many groups, regardless of race, color, creed or sexual orientation so I would like to say thank you ever so much for that wonderful comment and opinion. @All: Continue the comments and opinion on this song as I am always happy to receive constructive criticism. Thank you!

Norm, you say you're against discrimination, but then, YOU discriminate against Jonathan because homosexuality is against Christian beliefs. If you were REALLY against segregation, you'd do it "regardless of race, color, etc." AND religious beliefs. Think about it.
Below Average Dave - June 12, 2007 - Report this comment
Don, you are terribly mistaken, he no where says anything against religion. . .I am a Christian too by birth, but no pastor ever told me to turn my backs on a fellow man or woman. . .IN ANY SITUATION. . .Think about it. . .
Norman Wanman - June 12, 2007 - Report this comment
Hey now, I have never said that I am against any religion. What I am against is discrimination to people of race, color, creed and sexual orientation as a man, regardless of religion because ALL religion (even Islam) says either "Love thy neighbor," or "Respect your fellow man." Homosexuals are humans too, lest not we forget.
Don M. - Yes they're humans. - June 13, 2007 - Report this comment
They are also sinners who need to be set straight that homosexuality is a sin.
To Jonathan S/Don M. - June 13, 2007 - Report this comment
It doesn't take a brain surgeon to see you are the same person. . .and that is YOUR opinion. . .period. . .the only proof you have is a book written by man. I don't force you to believe homosexuality is ok, don't force me to believe that it's not.
