Parody Song Title:

"The Amiright One-ster, Part 2"

Parody Written by:

Michael McVey

The Lyrics

Well, I told you all a story about a son of a gun
He trolled amiright giving everybody ones
But now he came clean and he posted a song
And explained why he thinks we all got it wrong

We suck, he says. Can't spoof a song. Golly, gee!

First thing you know he's the talk of the town
Made himself famous putting everybody down
He left his mark on half my parodies
But he never did explain why he did this to me

Comments, son. That's what they're for. Try them sometime.

THE AMIRIGHT ONE-STER!

I couldn't agree with you more. Too bad you can't throw pies over the internet.

I absolutely loved it! I especially liked the spoken-word lines.

You missed two stanzas.
Parody Cop Killer - January 19, 2005 - Report this comment
Not if it follows the opening theme of the TV show. The real parody police wouldn't make such a comment.
The Real Parody Police - January 20, 2005 - Report this comment
It says "Theme", not "Opening Theme" - there are four stanzas, most people write only to three (omitting the third); this has two. The Parody Police are correct, it's missing two stanzas.

To The Alleged Real parody Police: Who gives a damn?

The Parody Police Care. Doesn't it make sense that if you're going to parody a song, you parody the whole thing, not half of it?
Cop Killer - January 20, 2005 - Report this comment
You know what? I think the Pacing Police would be in charge of that.

No, you think wrong - it's the Parody Police Domain.

You have no authority to make that statement!
Authority - January 21, 2005 - Report this comment
Yes, the parody police have the authority. The rest of you should look up the theme song - four verses - just the way several others have parodied the song.
Hoof Hearted - February 03, 2005 - Report this comment
Okay, "Parody Police", why don't you find other parodies that are incomplete and dock points on those?

Two before the show and one after, I believe. -- MM

Michael: You're right. But I doubt that it's continuous.
