The Lyrics

Fpr Ages of AmIRight 6
Well you can tell you’re in Quahog
There’s a big fat man, Peter Griffin
Wife’s named Lois and his son, Stewie’s planning world dom-
-Ination soon
Meg’s his daughter
Chris, his son
Now it’s time, for some clip
Just a random cutaway
Brian’s their dog that talks,man

Whether in Springfield, or whether you’re in South Park
Watch Family Guy, Family Guy
Quagmire’s got ladies, Cleveland’s a divorcee
On Family Guy Family Guy
Ah, ha, ha, ha, Family Guy Family Guy
Ah, ha, ha, ha, Family Guy

Well, DVD sales went so high
They resurrected it, in 2005
Ran 3 seasons before, now it’s in the sixth
Stewie’s had his own movie
It’s after The Simpsons
And that one king of the Hill
Every episode they show
Sure is a laugh riot,man
Adam West is Mayor, Brian’s cousin’s gayer
On Family Guy, Family Guy
Joe uses a taser, Peter was toy maker
On that Family Family Guy, Family Guy
Ha ha ha ha
Family Guy
Family Guy

I-I-I-love Family Guy

Stewie’s got small hairs
Got foootball shaped head
Herbet, old man loves boys
Holy crap, this show is freakin’ sweet
Better than Simpsons yeah
Family Guy

It seems today that all we see
Is violence in movies, and
Sex on TV,where are those
Good old fahsioned values, theyre gone
Lucky there’s a Fami-
-Ly guy and he can make
Us laugh and or effin cry
5 seasons and gone strong man!

Fonzie;s a religion
Peter fights a chicken
On Family Guy
Family Guy
Giggity-giggity goo Awwwwlright
Victory is mine, victory’s mine!.
Stewie hates Lois, Peter’s friends with Clinton
On that show called Family Guy

Ya better watch it
Ya better check it out
It’s effin random yeah
Ya better watch it, though it is on FOX
Its Family Guy!

(Ages) I couldn't follow the pacing on this, Jack. Sorry.

I, too, got lost in places on the pacing, but the concept was interesting.

Great show, Great tribute, but the pacing looked rushed... Even in the first few lines, "Quahog" does not rhyme with, "Griffin". And the Bee Gees used "Talk" and "Walk". Thus the rhymes were totally off, meaning this could have been a lot better if you just invested more time into it.

(AGES) I only know bits of this song, and the bits I knew paced well.

(Ages) I'm not really familiar with the cartoon, but this was a nice summation here.

(AGES) Not bad for a last minute entry ;) Honestly I saw the effort, and I think it was a great idea. .

Hi Mattallica: The Ages of Amiright was a friendly contest that Matthias organized in 2007 to test our parody-writing skills in various eras of music. We typically add such a tag to our comments to indicate that we as participants/judges fairly read a parody for whichever contest happens to be running (you'll see references to Artistry, SOTM--Song Of The Month, and ABC--the run of the alphabet run currently in other submissions).
