"Flying Wide (the Two Seat Song)"

Parody Written by:

Malcolm Higgins

The Lyrics

as a former 370 pound individual, needing a seatbelt extender and the armrest up just to fit in the seat, this one hits home. now 190 pounds, I feel for the poor ones who are still trapped in the body I once was...
Big man flyin' cross the land
in the seat like a sardine can
in the plane seats aren't very wide
need a cheek horn just to get inside

but when I get inside
the snack surprise
your tray don't fold down
it reached your chest
it reached yur chest...

ooh the planes should have some spaces
for the multi chinned-up faces
some will twitter "blubber man"
not me, because I understand..

and when we get out
it's not so fair
your clothes fit closer
and your doctor's fear
yeah an M.I.'s near.....

well I was flyin wide, and feelin bad inside,
made me eat food all the more
flyin wide, with my wife beside
and I pushed her to the floor

guitar break

well I was flyin wide, and feelin bad inside,
made me eat food all the more
flyin wide, with my wife beside
and I pushed her to the floor

Big man flyin' cross the land
in the seat like a sardine can
in the plane seats aren't very wide
need a cheek horn just to get inside

One of your better works, Malc. I enjoyed this. I will give you 5s for your parody, and a big congratulations for losing your excess weight. Nicely done.

He's not called Odumba. He's quite a smart man. Quit the name calling, that's very childish. I know some 12 year olds who are more mature than you.

Oh, by the way, I voted 5s on this because it has an excellent message, and it's a relief from all the political flame-wars that have been going on lately (let's not go there).

I'm not seeing the hate on this particular one, another political hit parody even though unless I'm missing something, this particular one isn't about politics. I liked this one quite a bit Malcom, 5s from me

no hate here. I can write obamas as well as life tunes. As the subject stattes, as a former lifelong "fatty", and called every name in the book for it, I am sensitive to this issue. If there is anyone on the site ever considering a gastric bypass, or needing it, I will be happy to let you know the ups and downs of it, and the life changes you will get. There are some bad ones too, but overall, wonderful results, and a healthier life. Email me at malcolmhiggins@yahoo.com I don't hide from anyone politically, personally or professionally. Peaches and Herb also inspired another from their song "reunited" it's called Fly United" along the same vein. Posted but not approved yet. Cheers
