The Lyrics

My ode to the hopefully-imagined plight of the simple chauffeur (show-fer), forced to drive around day and night for an ungrateful arsewipe of an employer. I don't know if this is common or not, but if DC can produce a comic that tries to make you sympathise with Lex Luthor, I think I can get away with it here. Enjoy!
Chauffeurs
No respect for chauffeurs
Chauffeurs
Driving for wa-ankers, yeah

Gotta drive around really late at night (searchin')
For their really-drunk employer
They've been out all night
But to their chauffeur, they ain't kind
Yellin' things I can't type
And throwing u-up in the car
Poor chauffers, 'tis their hell
By now, can't feel their arse, woah-ho
Chauffers, yeah

Chauffeurs (chauffeurs)
Shafted by employers (tossers), yeah
Poor chauffeurs (chauffeurs)
Always looked o-over, yeah

No lunch breaks and the pay ain't hot (hot)
Boss acts like they aren't worth a jot (downtrodden)
Work all night and day, that sucks
Sick of drivin' round town
Fair enough, they can't drink
At the bar
But to deny them snacks
That is going too far
Yeah, yeah

Chauffeurs, chauffeurs
They're drivin' round in circles
All week, uh-huh
Those chauffeurs, hard workers
Get shit from their employers
It stinks, uh-huh

Now Mr. Chauffeur's soul is drained (soul is drained)
Cause his boss won't dare to take the train (take the train)
And to get his own license would be right out (right out)
That would just make sense

Poor chauffer gets no sleeping time
Cause his boss is quite good with a knife, yeah
He may hate his job, but he hates to bleed
Stuck playing taxi, just with one twit to please
Poor chauffeur
I'll call the cops for you
Stay put, don't cry, stay put
Chauffeur
Hang on, chauffeur
I'll save you, chau-auffeur, yeah
Chauffer
Hey, poor chauffeur!
You'll be fine
No, I didn't do anything with the incessant "toot toot, beep beep" nonsense. I think it kinda fits with the driving theme, but that's a weak justification at best.

Have you seen the movie "My Chauffeur"? Also, can you drive me to the nightclub? Just wait outside for me, I'll be back out in a few hours.

This was pretty good. Don't know much about Donna Summer but I'm sure she's dealt with these people many times going to the Grammys and whatnot back in her heyday. Well done.

Could be worse, the employer could be homicidal.

Max has an inspired idea for a memorable parody in the above comment. There wasn't much in this one for me to toot-toot or beep beep about. :(
