The Lyrics

This spoof is loosely based on the movie Happy Gilmore, but you don't need to have seen it to get it. Imagine a miniature golf course where the toughest hole is a giant clown head that you have to shoot into its mouth to score. Naturally, the hole is rigged, and it brings out the worst in people. Original Song
I’m kinda nerdy, not the athletic type
I saw this one thing that I might give a try
Mini Golf now! Go, go, go, go, go! (A-woo-hoo!)
I’ll tell you for sure, I will get the lowest score
Best in this town!

I grab my putter and let the fun begin
A hole-in-one for sure, it goes right in!
The ball goes down. Go, go, go, go, go (a-woo-hoo!)
Got a perfect score, I’m not done - I’ve got one more
It’s called “The Clown”

Bring on The Clown, dude!
Don’t fear The Clown, dude!
Aim for his mouth, shoot!
Bounces right out!

What happened to the skill I used to own?
I am now on stroke seven, there’s no hope
I hate that Clown, no no no no no (Aw-screw you!)
There’s some kid, age four. He’s gonna mock me for sure!
Thanks to that Clown

I ruled the Windmill, Waterfall was alright
This stupid hole will keep me up at night.
That stupid Clown, no no no no no (Ah-boo-hoo)
A line out the door, held up ‘til I finally score
I hate that Clown

And now the town looks
Laugh while I’m down, jerks
Don't bring me down, folks
Just hate this Clown

I changed my ball because of the simple fact
Maybe the color is why I came out flat
That stupid clown (Haha-haha-haha-haha-ha) (Are you through?)
I can’t take much more, that Clown is an evil whore!
I’ll take you down!

You’ve got me focused, got me swinging away
Your nose is shattered, they must pull me away
Not laughing now! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Yeah, screw you!
I’ll bust you some more, you ruined my perfect score
You will die, Clown!

I’m banned for life, sure. But your nose, now on the floor.
I win this round!

YOU GONNA DIE CLOWN!!!! And to Jim Bob up there hope you get your ass kicked by Adam Sandler like he did in this famous movie: "This price is wrong, b*tch!"

Not a fan of this movie, so the context of clown to golf meant nothing to me, but your enthusiasm shows through here. Jim Bob (and other anonymous voters) must be on crack.

No need to worry, that golf club Sandler threw hit Jim Bob, he won't be posting for a while. With that said, like the parody in regards to the time when Adam Sandler's movies were actually funny, now I think he ran out of ideas...

(Artistry) Without the context of the film it does lose a little something, but as a tribute to Sandler's glory days it works very well. Great parody, 555!

(Artistry) I'm pretty sure Jim Bob is the clown. Regardless, I love Happy Gilmore and the clown is one of my favorite scenes. Overall, I think you stretched the topic as far as it could go. It was sort of one note. It didn't go as far as I wanted it to.
