The Lyrics

Too obvious topic of parody to be left unused. Has anyone yet done any parodies of Herman Wouk's award-winning novel "The Caine Mutiny", or am I the first?
It's one of four-funnel boats
and small wonder it floats,
old Caine!
It's a mine-sweeping ship,
that may mean one-way trip
on Caine!

She'll go round, in the sound, runs aground
Poor Caine!

Captain Queeg is a d*ck
and poor Maryk's a hick,
Sad Caine!
Thomas Keefer's a jerk
who is subject to irk
on Caine!

Comes the day, she will stay underway,
Hurricane!

Now the men have enough
when the weather is rough
for Caine!
And captain Queeg they do lock
in his cabin till dock -
Mutiny!

Court will stand, Queeg is canned, Maryk's banned -
on Caine!
