Hey, I think I get this one -- Family Guy, right? The creepy old pedo guy? Is his name Popsicle? I haven't watched that show in forever. Nice job though.
Herbert. Probably the best and the worst character of the series. The old seasons were fun, wish the same can be said for the recent seasons...
