The Lyrics

I was watching the Country Bears and it gave me an idea with a great parody of John Denver's Song.
Well life in the barn is kinda pulled back
Ain't much an old country bear like me can't slack
There's Fred in the front and Zeb in the Back
Thank God, I'm a country bear

Well a simple kind of music never did me no harm
Raisin' me a doggie and workin' on the barn
My songs are all filled with an easy country charm
Thank God, I'm a country bear

Chorus: Well, I got me a banjo, with Zeb on the fiddle
When the sun's comin' up there's Ted in the middle
Life ain't nothin' but a funny, funny riddle
Thank God, I'm a country bear

When the work's all done and the sun is settin' low
I pull out my banjo and I woken up the crows
But the kids are dancing so I keep it kinda slow
Thank God, I'm a country bear

I'd play my banjo all day if I could
But Henry and Ted wouldn't take it very good
So play when I can and I work when I should
Thank God, I'm a country bear

Chorus

Well I wouldn't trade my song for diamonds or sand
I never was one of them money hungry men
I'd rather have my banjo and my farmin' fools
Thank God, I'm a country bear

Yeah, city folks drivin' in a white limousine
A lotta bad people think that's mighty clean
Son, let me tell you exactly what I mean
Thank God, I'm a country bear

Chorus

Well Fred's Harp was his daddy's 'til the day he died
And he took me by the hand and held me close to his side
He said, "Live a good life, play my harp with pride
And thank God you're a country bear"

His daddy taught me young how to punt and how to whistle
He taught me how to work and play a tune on the banjo
He taught me how to love and how to give just a little
Thank God I'm a country boy

Chorus: Well, I got me a banjo, with Zeb on the fiddle
When the sun's comin' up there's Ted in the middle
Life ain't nothin' but a funny, funny riddle...
Yee, Haw! Thank God, I'm a country bear!

Not bad - quite cute actually.

Too much like the Disney attraction - some lyrics are exactly the same or just a few words changed. At least be original!
