In a conference room meeting,
We all gave our greeting,
I asked them to stay for awhile.
They looked at my folder,
My strategy bolder,
I gave them a nod with a smile.

When my discourse was ended,
Tax issues defended,
And their options were more than a few.
They wanted an answer,
A fortune enhancer,

Their quest for redemption,
Concern for exemption,
Estate preservation their goals.
Community interest,
A pension that will vest,
An I-R-A strapped to their souls.

They finally were willing,
Concern took top billing,
As tax nightmares danced in their heads.
Their fortune was daunting,
My caution was haunting,
I gave my advice and I said:
