Message board
Says that Chucky has done
A design with a ton
Of the authors I've known
Wife is floored
Seems I catch naught but flack
Till I show on the back
That my name's also shown

Ordered the t-shirt
Can't wait, it looks
So great this t-shirt
I'll do a headstand
Ev'rywhere I go
If they ask, "You a pro?"
Show my t-shirt
They'll give me a hand

Can afford
To buy one for each fan
But can count on one hand
All the fans I can spy
Overboard
Are the fans like myself
For 'the Spaff' and 'the elf'
Comment pages don't lie!

Buy me a t-shirt
I deserve it so
Send my t-shirt
With postage pre-paid
I've homaged you so
You can shell out some dough
For my t-shirt
That's how this game's played

Please sign my t-shirt
And enclose a check
With my t-shirt
It's now a paid ad
The elves have gone wild
And Orlando's in style
With that t-shirt
You won't become fads

T-shirts make great gifts for fans

Great job, you should record this one, Tim! 555

Great parody, though I only vaguely remember the OS. I have a contractually obligated KK parody coming out pretty soon....555
Arwen - July 28, 2005 - Report this comment
Hmmm...I wish I knew the original...though I'm always tempted to throw down the 5s when I'm mentioned in a parody...(unless, of course, you're referencing some other elf...in which case I'm going to be devastated...) =)

SOTM- I got lost, but I'm going with a 555 because that's what everybody else wrote and I figure it's my fault. Nice parody!

DKTOS, but I'll get familiar with it in time for SOTM voting. Unlike Arwen, however, I'm not just TEMPTED to throw down 5s when I'm mentioned in a parody. I'm easy. Consider 'em thrown.

[SOTM] Thankfully, my mum had this one in her tape collection, and this parody flowed beautifully 555

Scathe: Well, the names are in blue, green, black, red and white. Course any names in white are not visible, cause of the white background, but that's my theory anyway. I am sure the colors mean something, but can't figure it out. The blue names are facing normal, all of the other colors except white are facing to one's left, which also must have some significance. If you scrunch your eyes, you can make out a lego-like lion. 6 red names, 21 black names, 98 green names and 148 blue names (estimates only I didn't check my numbers) So it's around 275 names? If you look at the AMIRIGHT logo, you see the same colors used, with similar ratios in counts (except green is used more and is used for the word "right" not "left") OK, my brain is full now...

SOTM-DKTOS, but enjoyed reading. Nice site promo.

(SOTM) Good reading here and thanks for reminding me to get a t-shirt or 15.

SOTM - Tim: It's not the Bible Code here, so stop searching before you find something like... that every third letter in every seventh name, green letters and left handed writers uncounted, spells out "Spaff is Satan" (or something like that). :-)

(SOTM) Heh heh heh ;-)

(SOTM) A perfect fit for the OS.

(SOTM) - I feel like I've learnt a heap in the last 60 seconds Tim - a lego Lion, eh? and was that every third letter, K1? "S.p.a.f.f. i.s. S.a.t.a..." Holy acrostix, Batman!!! - he's right!

nice idea, very well done, Tim
Arwen - August 28, 2005 - Report this comment
SOTM--I still don't know the original...=(...but I'll follow Spaff's lead, I suppose, and finally throw down the fives. I hate how he always has to outdo me. Bastard.

(SOTM) Very funny song. 5's :-)

So what do you call someone who uses a mouse pad as a shoulder pad (or vice versa)?

:-)

(SOTM) Loved the 'standing on your head' line. Funny work... and I'm so going over the shirt for hidden messages now. ;)

Thanks everyone!

Phil - I'm sure the obvious answer is either gock and jeek or blonde! j/k! ;-)
