At the height of his "scandals," he was in the high 60s, even if he was high in the Sixties.

Thank you, everyone. Alvin: Already used that song when he had "Approval Rating 34." I guess I'll have to rewrite Christina Aguilera's smutfest as "Thirrty" to describe Bush, who is truly obscene, not to mention an emperor who has no clothes. Or is it the clothes that have no emperor? Is that where the expression "empty suit" comes from? And why is it that, so often, "empty suits" are also "stuffed shirts"? Tommy: Didn't Alice Cooper also have "Eighteen"? I know there was a song titled "19," about the average age of America's Vietnam War casualties. And "It was twenty percent polled today..."
