Hahahaha great stuff mate! Our former Aussie Prime Minister Bob Hawke (1983-1991) use to be a champion beer drinker and won a beer sculling contest back in 1952 http://www.geocities.com/topaussieguide/Page1.htm , so Bushy isn't the only politician that is on the piss. All 5s!

Troy: Thanks, old chap. The difference, of course, is that Hawke was a leader who knew what he was doing. Also, in America, a head of government who drinks too much is considered a liability (Franklin Pierce, Ulysses S. Grant, Richard Nixon), while in Australia, it's considered a prerequisite. Maybe Georgie's ol' pal John Howard should lighten up and take a draft... excuse me, a draught... of Foster's.
