Parody Song Title:

"A Motel 6 Where I Sprawl"

Parody Written by:

Alvin Rhodes

The Lyrics

it ain't got no decoration
TV lacks remote control
no toilet tissue in the bathroom
ain't no fridge or telephone
HEY !
DESK CLERK !
where's the freakin' phone ?

after all, its just a motel 6, where i sprawl
after all, its just a motel 6, where i sprawl

can't afford a real vacation
always end up in some hole
its hard to fathom such a bad room
no paper strip adorns the throne
HEY !
DESK CLERK !
how clean is the throne ?

after all, its just a motel 6, where i sprawl
after all, its just a motel 6, where i sprawl

Never been to a Motel 6, but if the 6th one is that bad... How bad is Motel 3?!?!

Funny stuff, alvin! If truth in advertising should ever prevail, they'd have to change it to Motel 1/6th!

It was late one night, and choices were few. My wife were driving to a trade show and needed a place to sleep. Our only choice was a Motel 6. When we checked in the guard told the clerk the lady in room 203 was getting lots of "visitors"--a guy every 1/2 hour. "The clerk said, "charge her extra." We got to our room and there were dead flies all over the rug! All true! Stay away from the Hotel 6 off I-95 just off the bridge in Delaware!

Alvin - you didn't happen to see Norm lurking around about did you? Next time try La Quinta. I finally found out what "La Quinta" means - Next to Denny's.

Actually La Quinta means "The Fifth", so five La Quintas for this one. Deep Six the 6.
