The Lyrics

This song provides an indication of how rumors can be created with the influence of magic. The desire to punish others that become the center of attention can leave some wallflowers left out. How would they be remembered? By allowing others to be forgotten. This song is more centered around Forgotten Friendship, and shows how much fun Wallflower Blush has had, by creating an amnesia epidemic around Canterlot High School. Possible scapegoat to other phenomenon? I will let you decide.
Green Thumbs Up
(Sung by Wallflower Blush)
I am just a new kid
Stranger in this school
But I know all about you
And you thought that I wasn’t cool
Ooooooooh, you made me feel alone
Ooooooooh, now get the memory stone

Will someone ever like my plants?
They’re so calming, take a chance
Don’t you ever think, that I’m shy
I can be nice to a girl or guy
Ooooooooh, you made me feel alone
Ooooooooh, now get the memory stone

(Guitar solo)

Ooooooooh, you made me feel alone
Ooooooooh, now get the memory stone

(Song outro)(various student talks with forgotten memories)(then fades out)
“Huh where am I?” “What is this place?” “Who are you?”
“Oh that girl is the worst?” “Did you see the yearbook?”
“Why does she get all the attention?” “What makes her so special?”
Not even Picket's clique would be immune to the effects of the memory stone, but they have had little to no interaction with Wallflower Blush to warrant anything lost. It was more of forgetting Wallflower Blush then the Sunset Seven. Next Track: One of my moods

In the context of the story, it's ok. But otherwise doesn't make sense.

Ok. It's become somewhat of a problem from my perspective that even with all these eyewitnesses, they can't understand that unenchanted students at Canterlot High can have memories lost because of magic. Wallflower Blush might be considered the scapegoat as to why nobody remembers what happened at the Musical Showcase (in Rainbow Rocks) or even the Fall Formal (Equestria Girls 1st movie), and at Camp Everfree (Legends of Everfree).
