The Lyrics

Is this the real song?
No, it's a parody
Caught on the broadside
And where can one see this travesty?
See Amiright
Created by Chucky G
Words are just mere toys (mere toys), backing for symphonies
And some are easy, yes, easy no
Quality high, or they're low
Anyway the song goes, doesn't really terrorize me
(Let's see...)

Oh no, it's on again
Another 'Boho Rhap' retread
Do you wish that you were dead?
Ha, ha--yes, it's been well done
But don't you think it should be locked away?
Babaaaa---loooooo!
Like Desi Arnaz I will cry
If I see this song again on tap tomorrow
Am I right? Am I wrong?
And gee, does it really matter?

Oh well, my turn is up
To change Boho Rhap's lines
Making wacky words and rhymes
Oh boy, Crazy Freddie, we've got to know
You had this movie in your mind, was it a goof?
Ha ha! ooohhh (That's the way this song goes)
Why'd you have to die
Before you could just explain this song to all?

Now we come to the operatic part
In this spoof, in this spoof, I will make a word gumbo
Might confuse the reader, but makes it much simpler --WHEE!
Scottie Baio! Hold the mayo!
Singing Day-O! Pick guitar, fill fruit jar and be gay-o! Me-oh my-oooo!
Stole from "Jambalaya", Hank Williams haunts me
He stole the lyric, so very purposely
Scar him for life for his audacity!

We'll just let that one go
What words next on show-ow?
Meshuggah! Bro, use Yiddish on the go (yeah, we know!)
Magilla! Gorilla, time to go (to Congo!)
Manila! Or maybe Idaho (Potatos!)
Or to Chicago (Hi-de-ho!)
Flares my lumbago (Amigo!)
Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho!
Pizzeria, Carmen Ghia, Pennsylvania, do-si-do
I made it through, that section was not so hard for me
Whoopie, whoopieeee!!

So you think you can finish this pie in the sky?
So you think with these non-sequiturs you'll get by!?
Oh Aggy! How can you do this, Aggy?
You just pooted this out, just pooted this right out your rear!

boo-ya! boo-ya!

Now the song's been shattered
You can plainly see
You can blame the whole thing...
You can blame the whole thing on me

(ABC) too many lines from the OS, Ag - NO NO just joking man! - this was a great BoRap Ag - flowed beautifully and I loved the Scott Baio/mayo/day-oh bit, and all the self-referential stuff - brilliant - 555

(ABC) Very clever and hilarious! I thought some of your pacing was rough, but I just can't hold that against you. 5-5-5.

(ABC) Surprised I missed this last time, very good job, nice sendup of sendups :)

Love the wackiness of this, not so much the site-specific references. Great pacing and word subs.

BTW, you commented ages ago on my parody of this OS about "Blazing Saddles": having seen the movie now (in its unedited form), I can say it's a great movie. I'm not so sure I want to see "Dracula: Dead and Loving It" though. -:) Well done.

Hmmm. . .well Agri, have to be honest, the pacing was hard to follow. . .and it seemed to be very misheard lyrics random, which sometimes works--sometimes not--this one has been hit out the park many times. . .this one wasn't bad, just not a favorite among your massive collection.

Artistry Queen

Ag - Love the idea used here. Especially loved the silliness in it. I LOLed a bit through it. This OS has endless possibilities that have yet to be explored. I like how you explored it as it applies to some of the not so well done B-R's on site. I have always enjoyed doing parody on this song even though it is so overdone on the site. Because of the sheer numbers on this parody one must get really original with their theme or it is just not worth the time to write it. You captured that originality here very well. Fine write AG. I think there will be forever writes on this OS, so don't expect the so-so parodies on this opera to stop. Enjoy the good one when it presents and ignore the rest. The Mercury is reading 555 degrees on this write.

(Artistry) The delightful mix of meta humour and complete silliness makes for quite a hilarious parody. Well done Agri, 555!

(Artistry) Silly and non-sequitury! Enjoyed the shout out to Magilla Gorilla. Fun stuff.
