I was a bit procrastinating on this one but I had to write down some lyric guides to finish this one. As a Constitutionalist, I will have to say that the House IS out of bounds. This is the same sort of illegal and political hit job minded impeachment like Johnson in 1868. In both cases, the POTUS didn't obey congress... but that is what our governance is all about, isn't it? Checks and Balances anyone? WARNING: Be careful about stepping in the Schiff... it is everywhere in this parody!!!
