The Lyrics

I can think of better days,
when working on my car
was everything a man could want, and do
I could get that part tomorrow,
and tools I needed, well, I could borrow

how could you send a broken part?
now all my springs and shocks are falling down,
how could you send it now without trying?
I needed square, not round...
how could you send, this broken part
it was broke when it came in,
please send again, this broken part
I'll get to work again

and I nows till spray febreeze
on that stain upon my knees
and I remember the studious, those guys gone by
will I get it back tomorrow?
I have the tools I've gone and borrowed

how could you send a broken part?
now all my springs and shocks are falling down,
how could you send it now without trying?
I needed square, not round...
how could you send, this broken part
it was broke when it came in,
please send again, this broken part
I'll get to work again

please send again, this broken part
I'll get to work again

DKTOS but a new set of fives all the same. Anecdote: When I worked at an auto-parts store many years ago a good 1/3 of our remanufactured electrical parts (starters and alternators mostly, which were refurbished by an outside company) failed within a month of installation. Remanufactured clutches also had a high failure rate and shorter life than factory parts. But, remanufactured CV shafts are IMO better than OEM in many cases and cost much less.
