The Lyrics

the dogs are prancin' down the street
mutts of every size
and every new...dog...that they meet
they sniff him up and down...his thighs
(here they come again)
when they're stalkin' with the pack o' guys
ooh...the fellowship
(here they come again)
when they're walkin' with their heads held high
they like to piddle on their trips
well, its man's best friend's world
its man's best friend's world-orld
and they chew on felines

they sought and chewed your new boots
and your wife's new gloves
ooh...its no good to flip
show them some passion and love-o-ove-o-ove
(here they come again)
when they're barkin' with no reason why
(here they come again)
when they're parkin' where you want to lie
(here they come again)
they're kinda in the way...and likely you will trip
and that's man's best friend's world
well, that's man's best friend's world-orld
and they chew on felines
they taste...fine

(man's best friend's world, friends)...arf
(man's best friend's world, friends)...they chew on felines
(man's best friend's world, friends)...yeah yeah
(man's best friend's world, friends)...said they chew on felines
(man's best friend's world, friends)...oh yeah yeah yeah
(man's best friend's world, friends)...they chew on felines
(man's best friend's world, friends

This one is dog-gone good, alvin....5's ~ ~ ~ I haven't done any "Cars" songs yet...I started to a couple times but got tired of counting the number of times they use their repetitive lines...those make nice hooks on the OS and fun go sing, but it's a pain in the arse to sit there counting them all out...the printed lyrics never show all the repetitions. Nice job ~ ~ ~

"they sought and chewed your new boots" one of many lines that made me howl with laughter.

Hey, this one's clever. I liked it! And it's great how you rhymed each line with those of the original. Now here's a 5-5-5 vote :)

Cute one Alvin! They wouldn't chew on my feline, tho' - she could whip 'em with one paw tied behind her back... I've seen her take on large dogs and send them howling down the street... :-D
