He was looking for a seat to steal—
He put us in a bind, despite bein' behind,
All thanks to his "Art of the Deal".
Well, he came across this resistance
On the morning shows, to make him pissed
So the Donald started up a new Twitter post and said,
"I'm gonna tell you this:
I guess you may not know it, but I'm a power player too,
And if you'd care to take a dare,
I'll make a bet with you:
Now all of you put up a pretty good fight,
But give the Donald his due:
I'm pitting your country against your souls
'Cause—believe me—I'm better than you."
The voters said, "Frankly, we're outraged
And all you've done is already a sin,
But we'll take your bet, which you're gonna regret,
'Cause you're the worst Prez there's ever been!"
Voters, rosin up your wits and play right your best hand,
'Cause hell's broke loose in America and the Donald's in command.
We hoped we'd win again this highly-coveted address,
But now we lost—the Donald is the Prez!
The Donald opened up his case and he said, "I'll start this show."
And BS blew from his duck-purse lips as he rosined up his bow
And he pulled those lies across clench teeth and they made an evil hiss,
Then a band of right-wings joined in, and it sounded something like this:
(insert random yells mocking Democrats here)
When the Donald finished, the Democrats said,
"Well, if you think you're good, Big Don—
Just sit down in that chair right there
And we'll show you how it's done:
If we don't get it, shut it down!
Bigotry and hate? Not in our town!
We want a president by the popular vote!
Hey hey, ho ho, Donald Trump has got to go!
The Donald bowed his head because he knew that he'd been beat
And he laid that White House bible on the ground at the Democrats' feet
They all said, "Mr. Trump, don't try and come back if you want to be Prez again,
'Cause we've told you before, you sonofabitch, you're the worst Prez that's ever been."
And they yelled:
"If we don't get it, shut it down!
Bigotry and hate? Not in our town!
Black lives matter! Popular vote!

Not down with the politics, but the parody is quite good.
Charlie Daniels is gonna be really, really set for you if he sees this, but he has contributed nothing to American life other than this one great song, so who cares what he thinks.
Right on, Trump IS an evil bastard. He needs to be impeached. Power to the people! Keep on protesting.
But he hasn't done anything, yet. I've got the feeling he never will. Very nicely done parody. For the subject and viewpoint, this is a good choice of original song.
