In a town out of my way, a road to nowhere
One smell of fajitas, it was all I could bear
I just had no resistance, I had to eat some tonight
My tongue grew heavy couldn't help but grin

I've been able to feed myself

Well I pulled in the driveway couldn't wait to be fed
Couldn't help it I just had to laugh

I could already taste it, the aroma so strong
They were dressed in red and green corduroys and singing songs

When they showed me my table
Well what did I find?
They put me so close that I couldn't hear, mariachis behind
And still those trumpets keep blasting on my headache
Waiter comes, gives my table a quick wipe

It came with beans and rice
Well that glass of water was none too clear and I'm being polite
Well, the chips and the salsa
Both were stale to say the least
And when they brought me my entree
It was just dripping with grease

When I finished eating, I had
To order some more
I just kept on cleaning my plate
Till my stomach was too sore
Ex-Lax on the table
Were compliments of the staff
Although it can keep things moving on
Doesn't help with the gas
