I met him in a park called Jellystone.
He was sneaking up on a man with a can of tuna.

I asked him his name and in a jolly voice he said, "Yogi"

Well, I'm not the world's most amusable guy,
but when he strolled away he was up to his tricks.

Well, he just steals food and eats all day,
even if the ranger comes his way.
He walked to me and in his hands a pear,
he said, "Hey, I'm smarter than the average bear"

Well I'm not the world's most surpriseable guy,
but when I looked in his eyes
I almost smirked at ole Yogi

He stole a sandwich from a poor homeless bum.
Another victim, I just couldn't resist.
I followed him so I could assist.

Well that's the way that I want it to be,
a team of two with one of them me and with Yogi.

Bears will be thiefs, and man will be tricked.
It's a mixed up, muddled up, game of risk,
except for Yogi.

Well I just got here a week before,
