The Lyrics

food and crossdressers.. help me lord...lol
I tried it on a sub, down in old Soho,
when it came with chips, and the cheese it was called gorgonzola
for short it's called zola
a buck fifty three, so I took a quick chance
I asked what it was, in a gutteral voice "gorgonzola"
in short it's just "zola"
gor gor gor gorgonzola

well I'm not the world's most appreciative man,
but when I bit inside it really made me smile,
gorgonzola
gor gor gor gorgonzola

well I drank that coke, and ate the chips,
wondered when it would widen my hips
I have fat legs, I shouldnt eat no cheese,
and now my thighs hang down to my knees
well I'm not dumb but I can't understand why I like this stuff,
and chedder's bland gorgonzola

I pushed it away, I walked to the door,
I couldnt eat no more. I loved that cheese
well I asked for more, and I got it for free
well I left my apartment just an hour before
and I wanted cheese, then I wanted some more,
I put some relish and stuff on a bun
and said it's to go kid, cause I gotta run

sometimes if I have time, I'll have it to stay,
and I always pay for just a little more gorgonzola
gor gor gor gorgonzola
well I tried a sub that I hadnt before
it was only a quarter of a dollar for more
when the sub guy said that he had swiss cheese
I begged and begged oh man pretty please,
now I'm not the worlds most mannerly guy
but with ham, I am and I take it with spam gorgonzola
gor gor gor gorgonzola

Somebody's gotta say it: This is the cheesiest parody of all time. Or, as the TV commercials say, Behold, the power of cheese! Come on, come on, come on, come on, please cheese me, whoa yeah!

Is there another Soho? I thought that Soho was in London.

"SoHo" is the area South of Houston Street in Manhattan, between Greenwich Village to the north, Tribeca to the south and west, and the Lower East Side to the south and east. Note that Houston Street is pronounced "HOW-stin" rather than "HEW-stin." The New York SoHo, the epicenter of the American pop-art industry since the 1950s, was no doubt named after the London Soho (perhaps Malcolm can enlighten us on that name's origin), and several other U.S. big-city neighbhorhoods are named for it, including Chicago's SuHu, the block between Superior and Huron Streets on the Near North Side; San Francisco's SoMa, South of Market Street; Denver's LoDo, Lower Downtown; and Seattle's SoDo, South of Downtown. Seattle Mariner fans call their team "SoDo Mojo." Which I just might skewer on this site if I can find the lyrics to "The Wreck of the Edgar Martinez," even though it's from October '01.
