I met it one night down in Northfield's Gym,
Where we stretch a lot and do some mighty-fine
Push-ups, P-U-S-H Push-ups
It came up to me like some madness dream,
I asked what it was and in a dreamy voice it said
"Yoga, Y-O-G-A yoga, yo-yo-yo-yo yoga
Well, I'm not the world's most flexible guy,
So when I stretched real high I started to cry,
Oh! My yoga, yo-yo-yo-yo yoga.
Well I'm not dumb but I can't understand how I
Can lift my hand in the air without bustin' my back

Well I stretched and stretched and stretched all night, under
Some electric buzzing light, I started to smile, became filled
With
Denial, then I killed my back in some excess jovial!
Well I'm not the world's most gullible guy, but when I
Heard about this gym I nearly cried with joy! Oh! My Yoga,
Yo-yo-yo-yo yoga, yo-yo-yo-yo yoga! Yoga, yo-yo-yo-yo
Yoga!
I soon grew bad. I got off my knees. I ran out the door. I felt
I was cheated! Now I know to never go there again.
Well, I really wanted to exercise but I guess, it'll never be
That way for my Yoga, yo-yo-yo-yo yoga!
Jocks will be jocks and geeks will be geeks
It's the way the world functions and eats except for
Yoga, yo-yo-yo-yo yoga! Yoga, yo-yo-yo-yo yoga!
Well I got home a just year before, and I've never ever been
A jock before. But yoga made me even worse, so now I'll
Soon be in a hearse!
