The Lyrics

Of course, "Nine Coronas" has already been done by Al Yankovich, but I noticed he made very little attempt to track the OS. And, to my thinking this leaves the door open for a version that hews much closer to the original
Oooh, my wrinkled ancient one, my painted one
You're looking kinda special after NINE CORONAS
Oooh, you make my buddy run, my buddy run
Save me from the error of the NINE CORONAS
Never gave it thought, blew him off, such a clouded mind
Gonna pay the price, for the lust
Of the drunken kind
Ay-yi-yi-yi .... Wooh!
N-n-n-nine Coronas
N-n-n-nine Coronas

Take a little morning look, huh? Hairy moles, Wha?
Must have overlooked it 'cause of NINE CORONAS
Seeing now some missing teeth, that's news to me
Regretting now my choices to IMBIBE CORONAS
Crushing down my arm, gnaw it off, hope I don't go blind
Always pay a price, for the lust
Of the drunken kind
Ay-yi-yi-yi ... OH!!
N-n-n-Nine Coronas
N-n-n-Nine Coronas

(Music break as I duck out the bathroom window)

Now it seems she's stalking me, threatens me
Not to be IGNORED because of NINE CORONAS
Oooh, where can bunny be, a mystery
Gone missing from the hutch* because of NINE CORONAS
Hare is in the pot, don't get cut, by her kitchen knife
Always come to grief, from the lust
Of the drunken kind
Ay-yi-yi-yi .. WHOAH!!
N-n-n-nine Coronas
N-n-n-nine Coronas
N-n-n-nine Coronas
N-n-n-nine Coronas

Oooooh, Nine Coronas
Oooooh, Nine Coronas

*And of course we all know why bunny is missing, don't we?

Weird Al did a parody under this title? I never knew that I'd only heard his "My Bologna" one anyway this was pretty good 455

The Nine Coronas parody was actually by Jon Mammoser (and that is not the only time a parody on the 'net gets misattributed to Al). Yours is better, Cal. 555

I actually saw the name John Mammoser linked to "9 Coronas" but I also saw Weird Al Yankovich's name as well. This would tend to explain some things -- I was reading the Mammoser lyrics and thinking, "This is pretty sloppy, pace-wise, for an Al Yankovich effort."

This is amazing. Great job!

I wish I could disagree with you, Logan ... but I can't . It really is amazing. But I can only take half credit for this. The title and comic premise come from some other author, who isn't here on Amiright. The title and concept switch are pure gold. Instead of pursuing a too-young female, you're going after a woman who is too old, because you're drunk -- and it's all right there in the title switch ..... But the author didn't execute the lyrics well at all. So I basically did the job of a comedic editor and cleaned it up; and now we got something ... You can see the original by Googling "Nine Coronas John Mammoser."
