The Lyrics

Are you ready, Bowyer? Aha.
Rowdy Kyle? Yeah! Carl Edwards? OK.
Alright, other racers, let's go!

Bowyer got the race underway at Daytona
Kenseth and his Roush Teammates were strong, early
Later on Lap Ten Neuenberger slides up the track
and into Kerry Earnhardt early
Oh, I see a Yellow Flying
We're In The Wall, We're Blowing by And They Just turned into him
Kerry Earnhardt's Spotter Said
And We Stayed here until Lap Fifteen

Oh, yeah, it was like lightning, everybody was frightening
And the engine was soothing, and they all started grooving

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
And Catchfence Carl said
Everyone attack and it turned into a Daytona blitz
And Gerhart in the Lucas Oil Car said
Boy, I wanna warn ya, it'll turn into a Daytona blitz
Daytona blitz, Daytona blitz, Daytona blitz
Daytona blitz

After Leaving Pit Road, Dale Jr.
hits Scott Wimmer causing Jr. to restart
Dale Jr. restarts in the rear
Then Sheltra and Steve Wallace crashed backstretch
Then Kerry Earnhardt
Catches Fire after being caught in a wreck
And Kertus Davis catch a tire and takes part of the field
Then he catches fire, but gets out okay

Oh yeah, And Jeff Green, Left-Side is ruined
And Morgan Shepherd, Some of the Pieces were ripped

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
And Joey in the Sportsclips car said
Everyone attack and it turned into a Daytona blitz
And Harvick in the VFW Car said
Boy, I wanna warn ya, it'll turn into a Daytona blitz
Daytona blitz, Daytona blitz, Daytona blitz
Daytona blitz

Oh yeah, it was Clint Bowyer, held off of his Kyle Busch
And it was his first Victory at Daytona

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
And Clint Bowyer said
I can't begin to tell you what this place means to me
Everything you ever work for is to come to Daytona
let alone win a race here
win a race here, win a race here, win a race here
Daytona blitz

What What a Daytona blitz, What What a Daytona blitz
What What a Daytona blitz, What What a Daytona blitz

Good idea, faster paced song structure shows you're doing your homework, but still a syllabic overload in the chorus.

Great song for a racing parody!

Tip: You can get away with pacing off a little here and there, but not if it's in the chorus getting repeated over and over.

Day-ton-a vs. Ball-room. Suggestion: Race-track, rac-ing, race-car or NAS-CAR Blitz. Overall a good effort.
