The Lyrics

I thought this song was from the 60's, but other parodies said otherwise. So yeah... this is my second Starwars Parody... Hope you enjoy :-)
Padme, your ship's being shot down
I said, Padme, why not bring some droids 'round?
I said Padme, you will make one renowned
All cause he saved all your asses

Qui-Gon, you have chosen him too
I say, Qui-Gon, now he's going with you
to Tatooine, where he meets 3P0
We all know that he makes the show.

Everybody loves you R2-D2
Everybody wants you R2-D2

You talk with beeps and squeeks, and you help fly machines,
You were good friends with the young queen...

You know we all love you R2-D2
You know we all want you R2-D2

You are so very cool, you are by far the best
in all the Jedi's's quest's ...

Ten years, in Attack of The Clones
He's with Padme, yeah, he's never alone
He's prob-ab-ly sitting on a gold throne
With a new Cell-ul-ar-ly phone

Artoo has some rocket boosters
For some reason, they're not in the future
Princess Leia, is in trouble so she
Give's him a message to Obi

Because she has faith in R2-D2
Yeah she's got faith in that R2-D2

He's in ev'ry movie, that involves the Starwars
He wears awesome white and blue drawers ...

He's awesomely cool, he's R2-D2
He's so groovy, he is R2-D2

Saw Darth and Padme kiss, he saw their marriage too
You can say he's a one man crew ...

Robot's can sometimes be real cool,
But when Robot's see Artoo they all drool,
He's so sexy, he's constantly swearing
But it's bleeped due to censoring ...

Artoo even has a sidekick
That's 3P0, who's always in panic
Now that I think, I fin'lly re-alise
Everyone is on the sidelines

When they are put next to R2-D2
He really kicks ass, he's R2-D2

He is way better than everyone else combined
Yoda can bite my fat behind

R2-D2 ... Show us some skin please, R2-D2

R2-D2, you're in the hall of fame
R2-D2, you put other's to shame

(Solo with Artoo squeeks and whistles)

R2-D2 ... Please sign my forehead R2-D2

R2-D2, better than Chewbacca
R2-D2, you can beat that (R2-D2 bleeps and squeeks)

R2-D2 ... You are the best R2-D2

R2-D2, that "Lost" Robot is gay
R2-D2, we want you everyday

R2-D2 ... You are the greatest, you're R2-D2

R2-D2, even had a sidekick
C3PO was always in panic

(Fades)
R2-D2
Explanations: 'That "Lost" Robot', I mean the robot from Lost In Space. 'Yoda can bite my fat behind', my last song "Master Yoda" was praising Yoda, and now for no reason I have abandoned my love for Yoda and fell for Artoo... Although I can impersonate both of them still. 'you can beat that (R2-D2 bleeps and squeeks)', now.. if you don't get that one, you must be pretty slow, no offence, but just for good measure, I'll explain it for those who are slow *AKA, my sister*: What rhymes with Bacca and would be bleeped out? Think about it. History: This song originally had refferences to Star Trek and Snakes On a Plane, but due to lack of rhyme, they were cut. Although I guess Plane kinda rhymes with Swearing... if you put on a funny accent

Hehehe, I know alot more than I seem TJC. As for Alvin, thanks :-) but sorry if you had to download the OS to see if it went together, that would've sucked. Thanks Kristof, I wanted to make a really weird mix for my Starwars song and then I was like... hmm... Disco... Gay disco... sounds like Starwars to me. And THANKS PMS :-) That's a huge compliment, and have you ever heard Weird Als Yoda and/or The Saga Begins?

(ABC) That attempt at almost-swearing to rhyme with "Chewbacca" was a bit of a stretch. On the whole though, this was very good.

(ABC) "He's so sexy, he's constantly swearing" well I guess there is a fetish for everything--swearing robots:) Very cute parody here Charnstar, it got me giggling so all in all--I had to give you high ranks here.

I'm always up for a good Star Wars parody. I also liked the explanation for why he always talks in bleeps =)

(ABC) the whole idea of R2D2 being sexy enough to inspire a tribute song was funny enough for me, Charn, and I liked the "Lost" Robot reference - 555 - and yep Chewbacca's got nuthin on R2

(ABC) Always love a good Star Wars parody. Goes well with my "Be My Artoo-Deeto" parody. Good work!
