Parody Song Title:

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

The Doctor, that is.
You stood next to a po-lice callbox
Just an in-tense, coat clad gent
You said, “You can go fly in box tonight
Then you can visit worlds any day.”

You flashed a grin and you twirled around
I thought "This guy's impaired."
When I entered bluest box I found
Was big as s*** in there

You are Who
Who Who Who Who
You are Who
Who Who Who Who

I heard a bang, crash, something loud
Outside the sky did spin
You pulled a lever, made a creaking sound
And we arrived in 1610

We toured France and then bad luck
Had fight with a Dalek gang
I’m passing hours with a mad man
Now we’re off to save another day

Who are you
You you you you
Who are you
You you you you

Out in space it’s a lovely place
The stars fall just like leaves
At times, the worlds are rough and tough
And some are quaint yet yield unease

You find out that the sweetest worlds
Are raging underneath
But trouble never stops the Doctor called Who
He’s a hero, quite offbeat

You are Who
Who who who who
Who is you
Who who who who

Jon, you haven't lived until you hear a Dalek say "EX-TER-MIN-ATE!!!" in its slow synthetic voice! Dr. Who is great!

Thanks, gents.
Jonathan, for many, Dr. Who is almost religion. If you like fantasy, science fiction, and very good drama, it's certainly worth the effort to sample an hour.

How true Warren, 5s! I loved it when the Cybermen faced off with the Daleks with the Doctor in the middle! And one of the spinoffs featured K-9! How adorable. Jon, you gotta see it. For laughs watch "Red Dwarf" series. I'm sure Warren has probably seen it...

Hey Warren, can you do a parody about "The Prisoner" (original series)?
WarrenB - September 19, 2015 - Report this comment
I've seen Red Dwarf once, but never really followed up on it. I may check it out again. As to The Prisoner, I tried to watch it but it never really hooked me. I may give it another shot.

Both "Red Dwarf" and "The Prisoner" series annoyed me at first, but grew on me over time. Both are worth second looks. However, I didn't like the modern remake of "The Prisoner."

Warren, got to see the Doctor Who 9th Season premier last night! Peter Capaldi is not my favorite Doctor, but the episode with Davros of the Daleks was nothing short of genius! I didn't get the tank symbolism at first, but how appropriate. Most Whovians don't know Dalek history. They were once humanoid but through endless war became mutated monstrosities that with the help of Davros of Scarro morphed into the hideous purple beasties confined to an armored and armed vessel purged of emotion. Prime directive? KILL all life in the Cosmos! Jon, if you read this, try to watch Doctor Who on BBCA if you get it. It's well worth a look!
