This is a silly one, just trying to match the scan and get a running gag in. Also might finish the whole "Who's Next" album.
People come to my store "Films Forever"
But they never
Rewind "True Lies"
No one sees the big sign in the foreground
"When not rewound
A dollar fee applies"
Then they scre-e-e-eam
They are not guilty
And they blame it all on me
I spend hours kindly winding
But when it's busy
I can't for free
No one cares if I sit with my three Sonys

No one thinks of the next guy who rents it
None of that brain they have
Can show through

A simple dollar
Will now make them at least try
When I check the tape beginning
I want the warning
Of the F.B.I.

Great song to choose, and really interesting subject material for the parody Rick.
Yeah, as the title and comment indicate, it is a weird topic, which probably enhances it's funny-ness by not spoiling it too much. And your special attention to the intricacies of this already excellent Who song makes it great.
