all the donkeys are hooked to the trees
a fantabulous night to make romance,
all the chicks dressed in dungarees
and all the fields of cattle are "lowing" (whatever that really means)
as the evening breezes they blow
several guys are paired off with chickens,
in the dark, it's off they go

and then you hear mad clucking and see feathers plush
they really like those Rhode Islands, cause their red cheeks look like blush

well the "girlfriend", I know she'll moo tonight,
and alert the S.P.C.A
and they'll come ask in front of my wife
the cow's a witness, what'd she say?
then the U.S.D.A will be rating,
all her beef as it goes up for sale
and I'll tell them she's a-1 grading,
and that goes for her tail

and the pigs sit and wait for the dancing,
lying down in their wet mud slop
and their eyes open up, they start prancing
