The Lyrics

Someone with terrible acne problem in school.
When the night falls down
I’m late for school
I’m in 8th grade now
And my face is ripe
With a pound of zits
On my cheeks outside

When I walk into the room
Kids look in close and they start to ooohh
And they’re staring at the zits that’s rough
And they join the dots make it look like stuff

Ooh baby did you see that zit burst
Ooh Acne is a teenage curse
They say with treatment spots will thirst
We’ll wipe acne from the face of earth
Ooh Acne is a teenage curse

I am all alone
I’ve got blackheads
And greasy hair comb
Oh I’m just a teen
I have these spots
And it bothers me

Spots that burst its just disgusting
I get an itch its just not me worth scratching
I’ve a face like a wild ape boar
But I’ve got no face anymore

Ooh baby did you see that zit burst
Ooh Acne is a teenage curse
They say with treatment spots will thirst
We’ll wipe acne from the face of earth
Ooh Acne is a teenage curse

Uh-oh, here goes puberty! Hormones, growth spurts, pimples and acne! I always had acne problems throughout my adolescent years. I used to get pimples and acne around my shoulders, neck, and back as well. Serves me right for eating foods like chocolates, pizza, and french fries. My cousin had it bad when it came to acne as a teen due to my aunt and uncle feeding them greasy foods and chocolates. At that time I thought it was fun to scratch my pimples on my shoulders and back as a teen though I didn't care what harm it caused me. I still get blackheads though I'm in my late 20's. Take 555 Clearasils!

That's a typical Valley Girl's lament set to a song from the Valley Girl decade. It brings back memories.

Christie Marie M I had bad acne when I was young but it cleared up by when I was 15. The stories about grease and chocolate causing spots I think are false, I had spots even when I was eating healthy for 8 months between my 13th and 14th birthday they cleared up on their own Thanks for commenting 2 EAGLE let us no what your fond memories are LOL.
