The Lyrics

This was a much harder write than it looks, that darn word is such a line-saver!

A YouTube version of the original song can currently be found here:

Fellowship and funnelling
French frie, fingerling
Frontline, fountain, falter, fiddle, floozy and forgo

Flabbergasted, fisted, fusion
Focus, fester, freaky, fission
Firecracker, firefighter, fortunate and flow

Furthermore F-words
Faraway, fan and fiords
Funky, ferret, fling and fly, fondle, fetcher, flatulence

Finger, flower, foreseen
Franciscaners, fourteen
Farsi, filo, flipper, fall flat, flyswatters and foes/friends

I didn't use the F-word
Did you feel annoyed at how that one's avoided?
I didn't use the F-word
I'll go on without it, you won't hear me shout it

Footrace, fallen, fallacy
Faster, feble, franchisee
Fortuneteller, freeload, fellow, floating, fry, frock

Flintstone, foe, firsthand
Fettuccine, Finland
Feeding, fleeing, frat, file, found and flock

Feel, fine, females
Fahrenheit and fading/fails
Fragile, frogs and Floridans, ferment, flapjacks, falsifies

Free, four, ferryman
Freshwater and freshman
Face-to-face, fireplace, fumble, forget, fruit, flies

I didn't use the F-word
It was effing tempting as the store was emptying
I didn't use the F-word
As four letters' going, on the line I'm toing

Floating, flick, forestland
Flagellated, freehand
FUBAR, F.Y.I, F.C.C and F.B.I

Flatulent and firewall
Flu, flamingo, fastball
Fox, feather, fungicide, formal and formaldehyde

Faddy, folly, fence, fear
This song has no rhyme here
BJ missed, oh-oh, but it has one now though

Few, flue, frequency
Flamboyant and flibberti-
gibbet, flicker, forlorn, Fibonacci, firstborn

I didn't use the F-word
But it's growing harder, can I keep the ardour?
I didn't use the F-word
Sure I will not use it, lest I must produce it!

Firefly, fake, frown
Frankenstein, facedown
Fillings, foton, feebleminded, fragrance

Fungus, first and formula
Foetus, fruit and fibula
Foal, fizz, flightplan, fisting, feat, flattering

Fife, fault, farting, fumes
Filksong, fee, finesse and flumes
Frost and fresh, foam and fort, why is this verse three lines short?

I didn't use the F-word
I will spare you aural-ly from what's not moral
I didn't use the F-word
Where's that darn thesaurus? I'll mess up this chorus!

Furniture, freelancing
Flabbergasted (once again!)
Foul, fate, forfeit, flagstaff, fingerplate,

Farewell, foretell, francophile
Flummoxed, freckles, fertile
Frappuccino, fork and fun, fogless, fakir, freeman

Freewheel, fortune, foxy, fried
Fuzzy, fetal, fluoride
Foreign, frets, frivolous, fades, flap, fervent, floss

Filipinos, fortyfour
Flagellants and filthy floors
Gee, what is this song good for!
I can't do this anymore!!!

Eff! I must use the F-word!
Guess I had it coming, since I started humming
Effff! I must use the F-word!
Though my safe is cheap
It will now be (bleep)
and (bleep)
and (bleep)
and (bleep)
and (bleep)
and (bleep)
and (bleep)
and (bleep)

Eff! must use the F-word!
And I'll keep on using as my muse is oozing
Effff! I must use the F-word!
I've been good at heaping so I'll keep on bleeping
Effff! I must use the F-word!
Now I've lost the battle, might just keep on rattle
Effff! I must use the F-word!
It was (bleep, bleep) boring, now it's (bleep, bleep) pouring

Oh wow, great job! This is a masterpiece! Whew! Without the f-word, there couldn't be statements such as this I heard a while back: "That f*er better not f* with me, or I'll f*ing f* her up!" Which is sort of impressive in its own way, but nearly as clever as your parody!!

"not" nearly, I meant to say--where's the f*ing preview button??!!

Noticed you still managed to sneak in "feel fine females" -- isn't that the prelude to f'ing 'em? lol. Very good send-up of modern speakers, who can't finish a sentence without at least one or two "f's", it seems. Vote: ive, ive, ive.

Oh, f, I did it again. Imagine if Gordon Ramsay went through a whole day of not being allowed to use the f-word, he uses it all the time. I'm guilty of the save f'n charge. I'm going to give you three of a kind, all ive's. FFF.
Project Sisyphus - October 27, 2007 - Report this comment
The other guys used up all the sensational f-adjectives, so I'm moving on to G: Gosh-darned great!

I flipped for this fabulous free flow of folderal!

I believe all the clever "F" adjectives have been used to describe your parody, already Pete, but it really blew me away! Great job! I appreciate that it took a hell of a lot of work. Absolutely impressive.

This is great! Some f...unny stuff!! I know I've been away from the site for quite a while, but I'm glad I stumbled across this one today! What you did at the end was hilarious too. 5-5-5.

A fantastic flurry of free (three?) fives for the fathead who fooled around with funny frases. Why, it's frot with fine fun frough and frough, you fart. (I wanted to do just one f/thr switch)

SOTM Fabulously fantastic fired-up fives for funniness and foolish folly. I'm voting in hexidecimal. You get an `F` which is fifteen in decimal which is three fives.

(SOTM) Very good job Phil, only one doubled word, which is really good considering the difficulty of what you did, I am--as a rule of thumb--not a fan of list parodies, however every now and then there are exceptions, and this one was certainly one of them. (PS--the word repeated was only a slight repeat--you used flatulence, and flatulent later in the song--but as far as I'm concerned that's amazing that only one slight repeat with all those words)

(SOTM) One SLIGHT correction . .. PETER---not Phil. . .sorry, mixed my p's
Peter Andersson - November 25, 2007 - Report this comment
Yes, only one doubled word, and that one was 100 percent deliberate, nota bene that the line "Flabbergasted (once again!)" runs over "Richard Nixon back again" and that RN is the only person who are mentioned twice in TOS. :-)

Aahhh . . .alrighty then. . .glad I caught that comment before finishing my reading (though in honesty, this parody was up there anyway)

(SOTM) although it was a series of non sequiters, the idea was hilarious Peter, and the in-between lines were great, like "Did you feel annoyed at how that one's avoided" etc, and the 3-lines-short nod to the reader - 555
McKludge - November 29, 2007 - Report this comment
SOTM - We're Floridians, not Floridans :-) Clever idea, and the choruses make up for the fact that the verses are mostly just words that start with f. But still Phreakin Phabulous.

Very funny, extremely creative. This gets my vote for "all time hardest parody to perform live". I don't think my memory is good enough to do it. That aside, this is an awesome piece of supreme alliteration, one that any author would be proud to have his name next to. 555

I have never heard anything like this!!! Unbelievable!! This song is the f*ing s*t!!! This is such a hard song to do a parody of because of fast singing! But you, sir, managed to pull it off!! Clever use of F-words in your song and fluently paced lyrics! I got three F-words for you: Fantastic Fabulous Fives(555's)!!! BTW, I happen to be a Filipino myself! Good show, Peter!!

Thank you Christie Marie M - I'll willingly admit that it's one of my own favorites and was great fun to write.

Ran across this one as I was doing my aforementioned All-Time Favorites list. Classic! Stuff like this should not be buried. It belongs in a museum, dammit!
