The Lyrics

And the VP is drunk.
The President is stoned and we're going it alone.
He must be smoking home grown.
He's not the kind of guy who lies to the public like that, oh nooooo.
It's not the excuses he gives for going to war,
It's the lies he says that make me think he's bored.
He's not the kind of guy who lies to the public like that, oh nooooo.
The President is stoned and we're going it alone.
He must be smoking home grown.

We know you'd like to see that oil flow,
But your approval rating is at an all-time low.
He's not the kind of guy who lies to the public like that, oh nooooo.
The corruption is rampant but we'll see it through.
He must be sniffing airplane glue, airplane glue airplane glue.

We know you'd like to see that oil flow,
But your approval rating is at an all-time low.
He's not the kind of guy who lies to the public like that, oh nooooo.
The corruption is rampant but we'll see it through.
He must be sniffing airplane glue, airplane glue airplane glue.

The President is stoned and we're going it alone.
He must be smoking home grown.
The President is stoned and we're going it alone.
He must be smoking home grown, home grown.
The President is stoned and we're going it alone.
He must be smoking home grown.

George, Laura, Dick and Charlton Heston go out to dinner. Laura is the only one who doesn't have a drunk-driving conviction, but she's got another driving-related problem. George, being the, uh, commander-in-chief, tells Heston to give him the keys. Heston says, "The only way you're going to get these keys is to pry them from my cold, dead hands!" George says, "Dick, you wanna handle this?" Dick says, "Oh, the irony..."

DUDE, the president is not stoned. He may have been in the past, but not nowadays. If he was stoned now, I'd know about it.

Okay Dylan, maybe he really isn't stoned, maybe there's another reason why he's the greatest President in the history of our country, and so beloved by people in other countries. Maybe its his way with words.
Dylan Baranski - April 03, 2007 - Report this comment
OK, I was NOT commenting on whether the president was great or not. I was merely saying that he ain't stoned. (P.S., I think you're being sarcastic, man. On another note, his "Bushisms" are funny. Who can resist that classic line "I know how hard it is to put food on your family"?)
