DK Cimarron? http://www.time.com/time/specials/2007/article/0,28804,1658545_1658533_1658526,00.html
(No!
Oh no!
Crap!)

Bought a Cimarron in '82, Jack
Took it out for a ride, thought I'd never get back
It kept swerving like a river that's flowin'
I paid a fortune just to keep it goin'

Everybody's got a money pit
And you're always throwing cash at it
You pay and pay but it just never quits
Everybody's got a muh-uh-uh-uny pit

(Uh-huh)

I met her in a latte bar
I thought our love would never ever end
I bought her diamonds then I watched her depart
Now here I am broke and single again

Everybody's got a money pit
Everybody runs a deficit
Visa and Mastercard are loving it
Everybody's got a muh-uh-uh-uny pit

(d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh
Oh, no
d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh)

Found an inexpensive place to rest
Bought a bargain-priced suburban home
Foundation cracked and the contractor says
"This ain't cheap, you better get a loan"

(Just shoot me)

Everybody's got a money pit
You can never save because of it
A bill is paid and then two others hit
Everybody's got a muh-uh-uh-uny pit

(Oh no
You've got a muh-uh-uh-uny pit
Oh no
Never ending
d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh
Always spending
d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh d'oh)

Excellent, Rex! You covered cars, women and houses brilliantly...so now you've got to do part 2 with kids, drugs and kids (did I say kids twice? Deary me...:-D) 555

Very well done. I'd throw you some $5's, but I only have $1's left. No worries, I'll give you some nickles instead.

(Artistry) I'm a bit confused with this one. Scratch that, a lot confused. What, pray tell, is a "money pit"? The parody seems to be about how life hits you hard and steals your cash...but what in the blue heck is this "money pit" that the whole thing is dependent on? Is this a slang term I'm unware of? Whatever. 555 anyways.

Art--Conq...a money pit is an object (a pit if you will) that sucks all of your money into it (like a car that always needs repairs, a woman who always needs shiny things, or a house that always needs improvement). Might be a saying that's not as common down under. Nice job Rex, I enjoyed.

That was actually really funny. Rex, I normally cringe when so many words are kept from the OS, but in this case it was actually very awesome, because not only did you keep the rhyme scheme easy to follow, you totally changed the whole meaning while maintaining several exact rhymes. . .awesome job Rex
