Basically an ode to underage children who log in and/or register to media sites like YouTube or Facebook, all at the risk of being trolled or treated inappropriately. At worst, they'd even act immaturely and foolishly towards others.

Such has been a bane of the series, whom fans of other games mockingly refer to as "Children's Online Daycare", and a point of criticism against oblivious parents who buy M-rated games for children who aren't psychologically mature enough.
