An intellectually challenging work, Puto. I had to look up 'mamelon' and was confused/amused that the first definition citation was referring to protruberances on a newly grown tooth, followed by nipple, then your actual context of a small hill. For some reason, I kept picturing the "battle of the bastards" episode of Game Of Thrones while reading. I guess you KNOW THINGS about horses.
