The Lyrics

I think this pretty self-explanitory, some references you may have to think about a little - but not too much
Tommy used to wait down the docks
Waiting for his crew
He'd think about them lot,lots

Gino says that it's O.K.
To have those kinds of feelings
No, your not dreaming
It's gay, so gay

He says we gotta hold on to what we got
It dosen't make a difference if they believe us or not
We keep tellin' 'em that we like to hang out alot
For us - it's just what we do

Oohh We're always there
Oh,Oh Beating on a Queer
Give 'em the bash - then we'll split a beer
Whew - Beating up a Queer

Tommy drives to Mardi Gras
He's there in his car
It's sharp, oooo - so sharp

Gino will meet him there
He brings all his friends
Is This the end
Is this the end

He says we gotta hold on to what we got
It don't make a difference if they believe is or not
We got each other and that's worth lots
We got each other, and we call it love
This is our lives

Yeah, We're always there
Whoa O, Beating on a Queer
Give 'em the bash - then we split a beer

Beating up a Queer

Billy Boyd - May 06, 2005 - Report this comment
This was by Bon Jovi, not Guns 'n' Roses. Not sure how anyone could get those two mixed up.

I was going to say the same thing myself, Billy Boyd. I don't think GNR ever did a rendition of this.
Red Ant - May 06, 2005 - Report this comment
Yeah, if Guns N' Roses did this it was the reason they broke up. Don't Remember The Original Song ( DRTOS ) well enough by Bon Jovi to rate this. No vote.

Yeah, thankx for pointing out such a glaring mistake - I take full responsibility for this one As for Red Ant's comment - Didn't they break up because of the direction Axl Rose took their music???
Red Ant - May 25, 2005 - Report this comment
Possibly Wozzyhonk. I was just kidding that if GNR ever did a Bon Jovi song that would be reason enough to break up.

However, I admit this is not one of the BETTER ones, but.... it is causing controversy ay

Come on Honk. That sucks.

I was laughing at the idea that Guns 'n' Roses would have done "Living On A Prayer," too, but you suffered enough. Besides, the best song Bon Jovi made, in my opinion, is "You Could Be Mine," which was on the soundtrack of Terminator 2. :-P Just kidding.

This is from Bon Jovi man not Guns N' Roses, and whoever wrote this parody song is either dead or retarded. Come to think this dude wanted to be a comedian who can't even tell which is witch. There has to be some desperate problem right here.
