This is the 2nd straight night i sat down from about 12 mindight to 1 AM and wrote a parody of an 80s song. Too bad i don't have that kind of work ethic for school
Suit of red, sits in sled
Pulled by antlered mutts
This jovial, total stranger
Seems one wheel short of a bus
He said "Merry Christmas"
And gave me a key chain
He took that thing from Macy's
The price tag still remained
Weird old guy should look up
The date on a calendar
I told that total stranger
It is just December 3rd
His mind is lost
His sanity has come and gone
This stranger thinks he's Santa Claus (stranger thinks he's Santa Claus)
He's breaking laws
To buy things has too steep a cost
This stranger thinks he's Santa Claus
Cheeks and nose are red from paint
And what he's drinking is not for saints
Beard is shaved, and it's replaced
With cotton candy gobs
And when a kid passes by
He offers some Jack
Or certain white
Stuff that had been glued upon
The face of that old slob
He's loud, drunk, and messy
A sorry sight to see
To hear him yelling "ho, ho, ho"
Gives some the wrong idea
His mind is lost
His sanity has come and gone
