The Lyrics

romans, I can hardly explain
intelligence from people history disdains
you're telling me I'm wrong in this again?
hey romans, this is not all a diss,
I like the building of the acropolis
but where's the out house? I gotta take a piss?

Oooooh, well, well
Doo-da, doo-doo
Oooooh, well, well
Doo-da, doo-doo

romans, I never understood,
the lions, christian thing, I thought "not so good"
please remember I never ever would
but romans, let me say from the heart
you're in the past and baby that's a good start
now lost in time just like a baby's fart

Oooooh, well, well
Doo-da, doo-doo
Oooooh, well, well
Doo-da, doo-doo

romans, just let me explain, I'll never write a song about you again
I'm tellin you, again and again and again..

I'd love toooo well well
i'd love tooo well well

blah blah blah

For the record, the Greeks built most of the Acropolis (the Athens one, anyway), but the Romans later added to it..

The names might be used interchangeably, but the Acropolis is the hill upon which some significant temples, primarily the Parthenon, were built. So, I would say that the builder of the Acropolis completed most of His work a long time before the Greeks or Romans inhabited it.

I've known baby's farts to "hang around in time" a bit too, malcolm, but I understand your point (and need for an "art" rhyme) - 555 - great OS too
