The Lyrics

This was written as if it were a draft for a script for Camelorum Adventures. This takes place after Anita Hallot was framed. The plane crashed, the cotton candy factory was destroyed, and Anita got blamed for it. She is now in a holding cell with a music band (in on drug charges,) waiting to hear just what all convoluted set of charges she'll probably not be able to beat. A guy drunk as a skunk gets thrown in with them. His breath is overpowering, but he's not particularly dangerous. In a playful mood, Anita decides to explain to him in the form of a song just how much his drinking has ruined his life. This is that song...
BOBBY NG FORAPELZ (in holding cell with Anita Hallot and band)

I don't get it! Why isser ebereeooooone avmeeding voy?

ANITA

Well, pal...if you must know, maybe a song will cue you in!

(Anita winks at the camera.)

BOBBY

Er...whaaaat? Yer gotta be kiddin' freakin'z me!

ANITA (singing, band playing instruments)

*************
1. You probably think that this ain't fair; but I´m not so sure!
And you just can't wait till they let you out, open that door!

You're now surrounded by a rock band, and you're stuck downtown!
And that reek from your breath has us wish our court dates were now!!!

Chorus
==========

[You drank too much moonshine, wooah!] x 3

[That's why you wanna puke! Yeah!!!] x 2

2. If you think that your life is over, I'm sure that ain't true!
On your way to the sober life; it is waiting for you!

And if your gal wants to bump you off;
It won't be that way!

Noooooooooo!

But you might still want to watch your back;
They'll lock you away!

Second Chorus
============

Oh no!

[You drank too much moonshine, wooah!] x 3

And that was plain rude!! Hey!!!

Not right now!

Why you don't feel good!!

No!

Why you don't feel good!!

Bridge
============

[Drank too much moonshine...] x 2

You cannot thrive!
You feel the vibe!
And that is why you smell like eel!

What can I say?
This ain't your day!
Cause now you're screwed; and that's the deal!

[You drank too much moonshine baby!, Oh!] x 2

Final Chorus
==================

[You drank too much moonshine, wooah!] x 3

And you don't feel good!!

No!

Oh, no way!

And you don't feel good!!

I'll say it again, I'll say it again, I'll say it again, pal!

Why you don't feel good!!

"HEY! Quit bullying in there!"

(Anita shrugs her shoulders and song ends when band stops playing.)

Camelorum Adventures? man there are so many new shows I've not heard of! but the title was too good to pass up! 5's

Jon, CA is not a show but a series of comic panels done by various artists on Deviant Art as part of an expanding universe. The title refers to the inmates of a co-ed prison largely dominated by females. I personally like Lemon Witch who can turn things into Citrus fruits!

Thanks, Rob. Me, Prodigal, Shases, AnirBrokenear, and Barefoot are the main artists behind the Camelorum Adventures concept. And no, there's no one of us with an actual episode map yet. Given the massive rise in popularity for it though, I may move back or shelf some of my other projects to focus more on CA. Since Prodigal and I are the primary writers (it is based on his idea originally,) making an episode map for three seasons would be something the two of us would discuss. I manage the wiki, so I'd pretty much let him do the overview process to suggest last-minute changes. No guarantee that any studio would pick us up; but the merchandising potential has to be off the charts if that did happen. Other notes: I've primarily set the main action in Dromedary Heights, Delaware. Which is a Springfield-like city of adventure in which Grillitan Diner also takes place. The city itself would require a basic map, as well as Camelorum itself requiring one. And agreements on continuity as the piecemeal of ideas circulating at present produce some snarls. Anita, the singer in the song above, was once a local comedian and announcer for the local annual air show in Dromedary Heights. She wanted to start a race, but Rita Rigatoni, a devious prankster, swapped out Anita's pistol with one that had real bullets, setting her up to shoot down the stunt plane that was flying way too low. As for Lemon Witch: she seems to be everyone's favorite right now, even more so than Emily used to be. And there are some limits to her powers. First, her targets have to be bio matter. She can't turn a non-living object into a fruit. Also, her beams aren't always effective against powered opponents. The Cheshire Pig and Worcestershire Pig are also immune to her blasts. And using too many blasts at once will make her tired, so she does still have to know some hand-to-hand combat to work as a mercenary / Avenger wannabe.

How do you conceptualize your characters? Some fiends I'd like to see in lockdown: Russell Russett the Ferro-Spudster (throws iron potatoes), the Drainbow Wolf (turns happy rainbows into dark, cloudy and rainy deluges), Holly & Hailey Hotpants (evil twin sisters on roller skates who burst into flames whenever they hear disco played), and Sinister Sox (the Evil Beagle that uncoordinates fashion and accessories)!!!

My answer to your question got a little long, but I hope this helps: http://dozerfleet.tumblr.com/post/138263580777/reply-to-rob-ardnt-why-the-camelorum-characters

Thanks BB. I wish I had the talent to bring some characters to life for CA, but I can no longer draw and don't have the tech stuff to produce art for Deviant Art. I am an online author, a published poet, song parodist, and have my own Star Wars trilogy. Been published since a teenager in local paper and in mags. Did concert reviews a long time ago and wrote sci-fi short stories. Your CA characters are interesting to me. Wish I could submit art for it. The more bizarre, the better! When I could draw, I submitted to PSM, Mad Magazine, Antarctic Press, and Marvel (Gyr Falcon). All rejected as niche market! Had various blogs including "Star Trek Renegade" but deleted them over time. GL on CA :)

Thanks, again. And yeah, that's pretty cool that you've even gotten that many things published. I've not had it so easy on publishing outside of online sources. I'm thinking if I were half as competent on the business end of things as on the creative ends, I'd have taken the Dozerfleet brand to the level of 1940s Disney by now.
