The Lyrics

I heard this song at the drive-in theater on 10/12/2024 AD, and not only was it catchy, but it also gave me an idea of a song parody that describes a problem I've been facing on Fandom lately.
Moderators, somebody! Moderators, help me!
Moderators, somebody! Moderators, hurry!
Moderators, somebody! Moderators, help me!
Moderators, somebody! Moderators, hurry!

Was just minding my business on the old Fandom sites,
When one day in October, something wasn't right.
A bunch of users started bothering me out of spite,
And now, they won't leave me alone!

Accusing me of vandalism and making my day rough,
And all I did was add little details to an infobox.
I shouldn't have to put up with this kind of stuff,
And I know just who to call!

Moderators, this is an emergency!
Moderators, they are ganging up on me!
Moderators, this is an emergency!
Moderators!

Moderators, somebody! Moderators, help me!
Moderators, somebody! Moderators, hurry!
Moderators, somebody! Moderators, help me!
Moderators, somebody! Moderators, hurry!

They keep on saying stuff to sabotage me.
Everytime they're blocked, they just keep making new IP's.
Computer freakin' all night and day.
They just don't know when to give up!

Just leave it up to Fandom staff and SOAP bots.
They'll get together and undo all the wrong.
Just be on time and clean it all,
So we can all continue our normal stuff.

Moderators, this is an emergency!
Moderators, they are ganging up on me!
Moderators, this is an emergency!
Moderators!

They always come back everytime! (Everytime!)
They won't leave me be because it's out of spite. (It's only out of spite!)
All they ever know is how to pick a fight. (Pick a fight!)
Won't there be a hero to help me tonight?

Moderators, this is an emergency!
Moderators, they are ganging up on me!
Moderators, this is an emergency!
Moderators! (Moderators!)

[INSTRUMENTAL]

Even when they are busy at the time,
You know they will eventually get on the line.
I tell you, you don't need to fret; it'll be fine.
If it's an emergency, they'll be on their way!
I need the, I need the, I need the....

Moderators, this is an emergency!
Moderators, they are ganging up on me!
Moderators, this is an emergency!
Moderators!

Moderators, this is an emergency!
Moderators, they are ganging up on me!
Moderators, this is an emergency!
Moderators!

Connor Banjoper - November 12, 2024 - Report this comment
Let me be clear: I am not reporting these users just to get them in trouble. I report them because what they're doing is wrong, and it shouldn't be done in the first place. (I'm going through a moral/religious crisis right now, and I want to clarify that I do not have ill intentions.)
