The Lyrics
This is a birthday song for my brother Stefan, he's a Network Techie at IBM and stationed at ABB in Sweden where he and his wife (also a techie) are wasting away too much of their time with clueless users such as myself. Since I got the inspiration from one of his parodies on this subject it's also for Phil Alexander, thanks to writing from personal experience the master of this techie genre. (Phil: In about ten days from now I will send my brother and his wife the link to this page. You might want to take the opportunity to plug for some of your best ones on the subject ("Mend My PC" et al) in the comments to get some extra reads (and possibly votes) from occupational peers in middle Sweden).
