Parody Song Title:

"Pinocchio Rhapsody"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Excuse the alternate ending...it's just my touch of humor there.
Pinocchio:

Is this my real life?
Or is this fantasy?
Will I be a puppet on strings for eternity?

Blue Fairy:

Open your eyes.
Look up to the skies and see.

Jiminy Cricket:

I'll be his conscience.
You can depend on me.

Blue Fairy:

If you'll be generous and unselfish,
I shall grant Geppetto's wish.

Pinocchio:

I will be a good boy.

Jiminy Cricket:

He won't act so nasty, you'll see!

Blue Fairy:

We'll see.

***

Pinocchio:

Jiminy.
Where have you gone?
Stromboli's got me caged.
Being an actor's truly gay.
Jiminy.
Why'd you leave me here?
You've turned your back and thrown me all away!

***

Pinocchio:

JIMINY! OOOOO!

Jiminy Cricket:

Didn't mean to make you cry!
But it seems that you're locked up pretty tight.

Blue Fairy:

No, he's not.
No, he's not.
This is the last time I'll help you.

***

Honest John:

Dear boy, your time has come!
Pleasure Island is where you must be,
Let's go, hi-fiddle-dee-dee!

Pinocchio:

Goodbye, Jiminy Cricket.
I've got to go!
Got to leave you now and finally have some fun.

***

Pinocchio:

JIMINY! OOOOO!

Jiminy Cricket:

Look at you, Pinocchio!

Pinocchio:

I don't want to change,
Into a donkey, it seriously sucks ass!

***

Jiminy Cricket:

I see a little note falling from the sky.

Pinocchio:

Who's it from?
Who's it from?
Does it tell about my father?

Jiminy Cricket:

Thunderbolts and lightning!
This is very, very frightening for me!
He was eaten!

Pinocchio:

He was eaten?

Jiminy Cricket:

He was eaten!

Pinocchio:

He was eaten?

Jiminy Cricket:

He was eaten by Monstro!

***

Jiminy Cricket:

Look out belo-o-o-ow!

***

Pinocchio:

I'm just a wooden boy,
Nobody loves me.

Fishes:

He's just a wooden boy,
Without a family.
Spare him his life from that monstrosity!

***

Geppetto:

Easy come, easy go.
Will you let us go,
Big Monstro?

Monstro the Whale:

NO!
I will not let you go!

Geppetto:

Let us go,
Big Monstro!

Monstro the Whale:

I will not let you go!

Geppetto:

Let us go,
Big Monstro!

Monstro the Whale:

I will not let you go!

Geppetto:

Let us go!

Monstro the Whale:

Will not let you go!

Geppetto:

Let us go!

Monstro the Whale:

Will not let you go!

Geppetto:

Let us go!

Monstro the Whale:

Will not let you go!
Never! Never! Never!

Geppetto:

Let us go-o-o-o!

Monstro the Whale:

NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!

***

Gepetto:

Oh, Pinocchio!
Oh, Pinocchio!

Pinocchio:

Come on father, we shall go!
Let's start a fire, to get Monstro pissed off!
Then, we'll be free.
Be free!
BE FREEEEEEE!

***

Monstro the Whale:

So you think you can escape from my beady eyes?
So you think you can laugh and just wave me goodbye?

Pinocchio:

Oh, father!
Can't do this to me father!
We've gotta get out!
We've gotta get right out of here!

***

Cleo and Figaro:

Oh, yeah!
We're saved!

Geppetto:

Nothing really matters.
My dear son is dead.
Nothing really matters.
Let's burn him into firewood, instead!

Pinocchio:

Father, I'm a real boy!
AAAAAAA!!!!!!!!

(Pinocchio got thrown into the fireplace and burned to death)

Great effort, and clever how the narrative of the song parallels very well with the narrative of pinocchio.

I echo the above statment. but TOS was from the 70s.

Wonder if Pinocchio's head popped off when he did the "Wayne's World" head-banging. Come to think of it, doing that wouldn't have been a good idea, what with his nose throwing off his sense of balance. Anyway, nice job. Best song to mention "Pinocchio." With the remotely possible exception of my own "We Gotta Get Bush Fired," where I matched "George Pinocchio" with "Joe DiMaggio."
