"Fake Heavyweight Champion"

Parody Written by:

The Anti-Corporate Outlaw

The Lyrics

When it comes crashing down and it hurts inside.
I just take my belt and I run and hide.
If you hurt my head, then you hurt my pride.
I don't have a lot of hair. I can't let that slide.

[CHORUS] : I am a fake heavyweight champion.
Fight for the rights of Vince McMahon.
I am a fake heavyweight champion.
Fight for what's right, fight for my life.

Shootin' roids ain't right 'cos it's much too wrong.
And I've been the world champ for far too long.
I got something deep inside of me.
It's eating me alive, Vince you gotta set me free.

[REPEAT CHORUS]

[GUITAR SOLO]

If you hurt my head, then you hurt my pride.
I don't have a lot of hair. I can't let that slide.

[REPEAT CHORUS TO FADE]

Good job! Sounds like it's about Hulk Hogan in the 1980s!

Great! I am so tired of everyone kissing Hogan's Ass

Also, there was a disco band called Ricky Derringer & the Funkytown Hustlers, which is not the same guy, and should not be confused with him.

jim roadie, who kisses his butt? you are probably an austin mark, so go watch them-there nascar races(did i talk like your kind does?) and Me-the hogan of the 80's made the sport, but your kind im sure is too ignorant to see that. basically, anti-corporate outlaw, your song=the 2 minutes your juvenile mind took to come up with it

Nice job remembering these. I remember reading these lyrics in a 80's copy of Pro Wrestling Illustrated. I wondered if I could find them online somewhere.
